Yep, that's me and what I do for a real living and have been for 32 years, licensed for 29. If you're looking for any remodeling, repairs (including termite and dry rot) or even a small addition, I can give you a quote or even help you with any contract issues you may have with someone you've hired. One important thing to know up front when hiring a contractor, the down payment can only be $1,000.00 or 10% of the total bid whichever is less. If you're doing something on your own and need some advice, feel free to ask. |
