I'd like my kid to get into something like this but he has 0 experience. That's kind of why I was asking, he does have a year experience working with kids at the Boys and Girls Club but that's really not along the same lines.

Yes, that's all part of his job although not a lot of true counseling. I'll tell him to get the resume together and email it off to you so you 2 can talk.

he's been up at his Mom's for a few days. I'm pretty sure he got his resume together and I gave him your email address.
