How about a few more pics. It is hard to get any idea of what it is and what potential it has from the one pic you have.
If the Jacksonville Jaguars are known as the 'Jags' and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are known as the 'Bucs', what does that make the Tennessee Titans?.

this all the ones i have now i can get more

i have had a few boat guys come and take a look at it, from what im told is that Hallet boats were made in so-cal
and that this particular one is somewhat rare, it being a mid deck, and that it is most likley not a 73 and that it is prolly
and mid to late 60s
one guy wanted to take the valve cover off and take a look
the the heads have been dipped, they are 70s heads and its a 60s block
and the guy new alot about these boats, i have not been around boats that long so i dont know much,

if anyone wants to drop by and check it out
more then welcome again the boat is located in roseville ca
